The Vibrations are isolated using Pneumatic Air Mounts fitted with sophisticated height sensing leveling valves.
These Anti-Vibration Tables have a Granite Surface Plate with Grade-1 accuracy for very precise measuring accuracy.
The system detects movement of load (like moving arm of CMM machine) on the surface plate and automatically fills/exhausts air to keep the surface plate leveled.
The passive vibrations from nearby motors and other heavy machinery is reduced by 90-95%.
